Stage 1
Inception
Develop a Clear Project Brief
During the Inception stage, we develop (along with the client) a clear understanding of the project requirements, and assess the sites positive and negative attributes, establishing the Project Brief with the Client.
Stage 2
Concept Design
Project Concept
During the Concept stage, we prepare the concept design based on the clients brief to present a culmination of ideas and focus on key factors of the design which will be taken forward in the design development process.
Stage 3
Design Development
Develop the Approved Concept
During the Design Development stage, we develop and finalise the design based on the client approved concept design. Cost viability and basic specifications are established and implemented into the Design.
Stage 4
Documentation & Procurement
Planning and Construction Documentation
During the Documentation stage, we prepare and submit drawings to the local authorities for approval. Project programming is implemented for the execution of the project.
Stage 5
Construction
Manage, Administer & Monitor the Contracts & Processes
During the Construction stage, we administer the contract, issue contract documentation and attend regular site, technical and site progress meetings.
Stage 6
Close Out
Complete the Project Close Out & As-Built drawings
During the Close Out stage, we prepare the necessary documentation to facilitate effective completion, and project hand over to the Client.
